Issue summary:
On October 10, 2022 from 5:04 PM PDT to 11:01 PM PDT, some users experienced issues when switching channels in Slack. This resulted in saved items, threads, mentions and reactions, (as opened on the right-hand side) being hidden immediately.

We identified that the issue was the result of a recent update. We have rolled back this change which has fixed the issue for all impacted users.

Customers should no longer be experiencing issues with items hiding when switching channels.

If the issue persists, please reload Slack using Command + Shift + R or Ctrl + Shift + R.

Some customers may be experiencing issues when switching channels. Items that open on the right-hand side, including threads, mentions & reactions, and saved items, may hide immediately.
