Users having trouble creating a workflow in Workflow Builder

Issue Summary:
On Wednesday, November 2nd at 2:12 PM PST to 4:34 PM PST, some users were running into issues with publishing a workflow when using Workflow Builder. Clicking the “Next” button would not return any response, and would cause a workflow to remain in its unpublished state. A new code change had been deployed that caused us to exit early in workflow creation and this is now fixed.

We’re continuing our investigation with Workflow Builder at this time. To clarify, clicking “Next” when attempting to create a new workflow draws no response. Thank you for your continued patience, we'll continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We’ve identified an issue affecting some users where creating a workflow silently fails and prevents the workflow from being created. We’re investigating the issue and will let you know as soon as we learn more. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
