We traced this back to a recent configuration change. When we rolled back the configuration, the problem was resolved for all affected customers.

Issue summary: On January 25, 2023 from 7:20 AM PDT to 7:46 AM PDT, some users experienced problems loading messages and threads, previewing files and sending messages in Slack. We traced this issue to a recent internal change and started reverting it immediately. Once this was reverted, the issue was resolved for all impacted users.
