Issue summary:
From January 24, 2023 at 5:30 PM PST until January 24, 2023 at 10:20 PM PST, some customers who were using Slack in Japanese experienced a failure when using the "Send message to a thread" workflow step.

We identified that this was caused by an earlier change we made to workflows and fixed the issue by reverting the earlier change.

Our engineering team implemented a fix for the issue which caused the workflow step "Send message to a thread" to stop working in the Japanese localization. Thank you so much for your patience as our team actively worked on this.
