Issue summary:
On February 2, 2023, from 3:00 PM PST to 6:00 PM PST, some customers may have received a Server Error when attempting to view the Slack App Developer page.

We traced the failures back to a recent infrastructure change. When we rolled back the change, the problem was resolved for all affected customers.
