Issue summary:
From Monday February 20th 2023 at 15:00 PST until Tuesday February 21st 2023 22:00 PST,
A PR that changed the type of an argument used by the Github plugin was pushed to production. This change caused a type mismatch and subsequently HTTP 500 errors. The issue was resolved once the PR was reverted.
