On February 22nd, 2023 from 08:44 AM PST to 09:22 AM PST, some users experienced issues with using workflows.
We discovered an issue that prevented workflow API calls from successfully writing changes to our database. After restarting this process, workflow functionality was restored for all impacted users.
We continued monitoring our metrics and announced the resolution when we were confident the issue was resolved.
