From February 14th, 2023 at 10:49AM PST until February 20th, 2023 at 1:16 AM PST some customers were unable to load their workspace's admin page. We traced this issue to a recent code change, which resulted in the workspace token being invalidated when visiting the admin page from a browser. Reverting this code change fixed the issue for all affected customers.

Our engineers have now found the cause of this issue and have implemented a remedy. You should be able to log into the admin page as normal again.

Some customers are encountering issues loading the admin page. We’re actively looking into this, and we’ll report back as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, you may be able to open the admin page with the following workaround:
1. Sign in to your workspace in a web browser (https://slack.com/signin).
2. Click your workspace name to open the menu, then click ‘Settings & administration’ > ‘Manage members’.
Note: Our original understanding was that this only affected Enterprise Grid customers. It seems like this is not the case, and we've updated the title and description to reflect that.
