From February 23, 2023 at 5:24 p.m. PST until February 23, 2023 at 8:23 p.m. PST, some customers in the Phillipines were not able to access Slack. We looked into it and found that the issue was an external factor that we have now addressed it on our end and the impacted users have confirmed that they can now access Slack.

This issue has now been resolved. Users in the Phillipines should now be able to connect to Slack as expected. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
