We made a recent update that unintentionally prevented search results from populating correctly. We reverted the change, resolving the issue for all affected customers.

We are continuing to work towards a fix for this issue. As a workaround, users have been able to successfully search by excluding bots from their search results. Here’s how to do it:
1. Search for a message in Slack
2. Click on the “More filters” option
3. Check the box that reads “Exclude apps, bots, and workflows”
Thank you for your continued patience.
