Issue Summary:

On May 17, 2023 from 11:28 AM to 11:55 AM PDT some users encountered error messages while connecting to Slack.

This issue was a result of an operational change made in error, which caused our databases to become inaccessible. We rolled back this change, fixing the problem for all impacted users.
